Information we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), chosen dates, number of guests, the apartment you selected, and your message.

Our server briefly logs your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your data to reply to your inquiry and prepare a possible reservation (steps prior to a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Spam prevention relies on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries are sent to us by email and you receive an automatic acknowledgement. We use the provider Resend to deliver email; it acts as our data processor.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across sites. We only remember your chosen language.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with our email provider for processing. If you choose to book through Booking.com, that is covered by Booking.com's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry only as long as needed to respond and to handle any resulting stay, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (Latvia).
