FAQ

Where are the apartments located?

Both houses are in the heart of Kuldīga's UNESCO old town: the Chess Club Apartments at Skolas iela 4 (next to the Town Garden and the Venta rapid) and the Photographer's Apartments at Liepājas iela 1 (on the pedestrian street by the Town Hall Square).

Is parking and Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Guests have free private parking, and free, stable Wi-Fi is available in every apartment.

Is there an elevator? What about accessibility?

The historic Photographer's building has no elevator. For guests with mobility needs we recommend the Chess Club Apartments, which include a ground-floor unit.

Is there a minimum stay, and do you offer discounts?

There is no minimum stay — we welcome guests for even a single night. For longer stays we offer discounts of up to 20%.

What's nearby?

The Venta rapid — Europe's widest waterfall — is a few minutes' walk away, as are the historic brick bridge, the Town Hall Square, cafés and restaurants. Our partner restaurant BANGERT'S gives our guests a 10% discount.

How do I book?

Book directly via our inquiry form, by phone or email, or through Booking.com. Booking direct is the best way to get our best rates and personal service.
