Studio Apartment
A light, open-plan studio on the ground floor — kitchen and dining in one airy room, a private bathroom, and your own terrace opening onto the garden.
Historical Park · Skolas iela 4

The house stands in the centre of Kuldīga's old town, next to the Town Garden and the Venta rapid. Until 2007 the reconstructed building housed Kuldīga's chess club, where World Junior Champion Dana Reizniece-Ozola trained. The wooden building was restored following the old town's building traditions: history outside, modern comfort inside.
On quiet Skolas iela beside the City Garden, the house is a few minutes' walk from the Venta rapid and the old brick bridge. One apartment is on the ground floor — the most step-free option of our two houses — while the upper terraces open onto the green of the park.
