These terms apply to inquiries and reservations made directly with us. Specific conditions are confirmed in writing when we accept your booking.
Inquiries and reservations
An inquiry is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only once we reply in writing and agree the dates and price.
Rates and payment
Rates are quoted per night. Payment arrangements are confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change conditions are agreed when your booking is confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Staying with us
Check-in and check-out times and practical arrival details are sent to you before your stay. Please treat the apartment and neighbours with respect; smoking indoors is not permitted.
Liability and governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
