Apartments are located in a renovated building right in the heart of historical town centre next to CITY GARDEN - recently renovated park in old medieval castle location.
The unique attraction - Venta waterfall, is located in 200m walking distance from apartment premises. The old brick bridge can be reached along the same direction and distance, after a short walk through the CITY GARDEN. The Old Townhall, tourist information centre and pedestrian street can be reached by some minutes walk through historical town area.
FOTOGRĀFA APARTAMENTI is also a self catering accomodation, but located in the historical urban centre of Old city, right on the edge Old Townhall square and pedestrian street, few steps away from tourist information office and townhall square restaurants.
All apartments are equipped with everything needed for short and long stay.
There is no minimum stay, but our price policy is more favorable for longer stays, since reasonable discounts are applied then.
Also, when staying at ŠAHA KLUBA APARTAMENTI and FOTOGRĀFA APARTAMENTI, guests get 10% discount in Bangert's restaurant, located in some 200m from ŠAHA KLUBA APARTAMENTI or in 5 minutes walk from FOTOGRĀFA APARTAMENTI. Restaurant Bangert's is rated as No.1. of Kuldīga restaurants according to TRIPADVISOR and sits right on Venta riverbank, featuring one of the most picturesque vistas that can be found in Latvia.
Free car park area is available for guests next to both properties.

Features two fully equipped one living/bedroom apartments with separate kitchen and dining zones, private bathrooms with spacious showers and common terrace, as well as one large studio apartment with individual ground floor terrace, as well as apartment with sauna, featuring sauna and shower zone with separate WC, kitchenette for preparing light meals.
Each apartment has a separate entrance from main lobby.

Features four fully equipped apartments with separated living and bedrooms, private bathrooms and kitchen/dining zones integrated within living rooms, as well as one studio apartment suitable only for two guests.
Apartments are located at the attic floor of several centuries old building that stands at the entrance to Old town's pedestrian street.

Our property ŠAHA KLUBA APARTMENTI is developed as apartment house right in the heart of Kuldiga historic town centre by reconstructing the building previosly known as Chess Club, where famous Latvian chess players where trained and competitions held in last decades of 20th century. Apartaments are suitable for short and long stays within the most attractive area of Kuldiga old town to enjoy all the best what city and its surroundings has to offer.
Totally, four apartments are available in a property - two of them on ground floor, and two on the second. Second floor apartments feature wide terrace, shared by both apartments, with equipped sitting area (during summer time) to relax and enjoy beautiful atmosphere of the neighbourhood. Ground floor has two apartmetns - Studio apartment with private terrace that features spacious and fully equipped studio room for up to 5 persons, as well as Apartment with sauna, which provides convinient stay for two, including the possibilty to enjoy sauna procedure. Apartment wirh sauna is not available on booking.com, but you can book it here.
Five apartments are developed by us at the attic floor of historical building located right on the edge of Kuldiga historical townhall square. Four of them feature living rooms with kitchen and dining areas, separate bedrooms, as well as private bathrooms. One of apartaments is planned as studio and is suitable for couples only - no additional beds are offered. These apartments are managed under the name FOTOGRĀFA APARTAMENTI, referring to the photographer's studio located in the building early 20th century.
